FED cuisine is my art and nature dictates the design. It has been a colorful journey to get here from an entreprenuer, real estate developer, architect, chef and a Masters in Sustainable Food Systems to come full circle back to my passion, childhood farmer roots and creating cuisine with soul while supporting local food and businesses. I believe in nourishing food so you can energize and thrive.
